Buffalo-based band SMUG was put together in 2017 by Craig Perno (guitar/vocals),Travis Perno (drums) and Zach Russell (bass). SMUG has spent the last year touring the east coast and recording a collection of songs for their debut album “gorgeous”. Described as “a musical powder keg three parts power pop, rock and pop-punk, detonated with wild abandon” (Zach M. Anderson), SMUG has pieced together an out-of-control live show that puts to bed any notion of rock being dead.
